Who looks after your information

Veloni is a brand of LSTN Group Ltd, company number 17440331. Our registered office is Suite Ra01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. Contact hello@veloni.co.uk with questions or requests about your information.

When you join the waitlist

We collect your email address, when you signed up and a record of the consent wording you agreed to. We use this to manage the waitlist and, with your consent, send Veloni launch updates and an exclusive launch offer. We don’t ask about your health or fertility history.

Joining the waitlist is optional. You can buy the product when it launches without joining. Signing up does not enter you into a prize draw or commit you to a purchase.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent using the preference link shown after signing up, the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails, or by contacting us. Withdrawing does not affect how we used your information before you withdrew.

We won’t automatically add launch-only subscribers to a monthly newsletter. A separate newsletter would need an appropriate opt-in.

Storage and services

Cloudflare hosts this website and, once the public waitlist opens, stores its sign-up records on our behalf. It also helps protect the form from automated abuse. Security checks may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information. We don’t use advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this site.

Some service processing may take place outside the UK. We use providers’ contractual protections for international transfers where required. We do not sell your personal information. We will identify any separate email delivery provider here before using it.

How long we keep it

We will review and remove inactive waitlist records no later than 12 months after collection unless you have given fresh consent for ongoing emails. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing to you and retain only the information needed to respect that choice or meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy where those rights apply. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
